Mine (of course!) |

The NASC Nationals Summer 2001 Hertfordshire County Showground |
As far as I'm concerned, this is THE show to go to. Always plenty for sale, more modified Anglias than anywhere else, and the evening entertainment, well....WOW! |
This was for sale at The Nats in 2000 for £2500. Looks so good to me that I'd be scared to change anything on it! |
Not sure about the paint scheme on this one! |
This had a fibre glass front end, and was for sale for £995. |
This V8 powered one is one from the collection of a guy in Southend. He was selling the lot in late 2001 due to ill health...
Mine beside the tents |

Billing. (7-10/06/02) Billing Aquadrome |
This is Gavin Copeman's 300E Thames Van, featured in Classic Ford mag, Feb 2002. |
This van used to belong to Gary Layton. It's powered by a 1700 x-flow with a rally cam and twin 40's and N2O injection. (Thanks to Pete Sanders for the info) |
This one, and the pic below are Luke Robinson's who I was talking to in the show field... |
A stocker in the show field.. |
I got a shot of Ricky Betty's, as featured in the Jan 2002 issue of Classic Ford. |
Mine wouldn't start, or I'd have lined it up beside Luke's |
A bit too OTT for my tastes...! |
Undergoing works? |
This one was for sale at £1595... |
The Scottish Classic Ford Show. Bridge of Allan (07/07/02) |
This was the second Scottish show I've been to, and I'm amazed at how many old cars have survived the Scottish winters, and the liberal spraying of salt for 3 months of the year… |
Plenty of unmodified anglias… |
Including this, just like my dad's old one. |
I'd been told about this one being for sale at £400 2 years ago. Probably worth more now. |
Another standard anglia |
This immaculate van got me all fired up about my Lotus Steels. (I MUST get them on!) |
WOW! Another one a little too dramatic for my tastes! |
This was in cracking condition |
This was obviously in the middle of restoration work. Nice to see that someone cares enough to bring it back… |
Sean Perry's Anglias (added 20/07/02) |
These are Sean's current and previous Anglias... |
This is his rally car that he's rebuilding, and features an Alfa twin cam, slipper springs, bias pedal box, lsd 4.4, full cage, 100e steering box, minilites, omp seats. (23/11/02... This car is now for sale. e-mail Sean on Angleboxmad@aol.com) |

notice the way the bulk head is cut back it is cut through the heater holes + the x member has been made into a w/cup type |
the tunnel is made very large for easy g/box out |
the petrol tank is in the middle of the boot with the battery the petrol filler is in the rear window post you can just see the cap on the pic |
Uxbridge Auto Show (21/07/02) |
I took these as I walked round the field. |
I was surprised at how few Anglias there were, |
As there seemed to be large amounts of every other make represented. |
I found them all in the area set aside for the Middlesex branch of the Ford Anglia Owners Club. |
This engine bay was immaculate (as was the whole car) |
I quite fancy the Lotus style paint job on the one in the foreground |
Interesting wheels... Citroen? Looked good though |
Interesting slammed Anglia |
Knebworth 2nd - 4th Aug 2002 If you recognise any of these cars as yours, e-mail me and I'll put more details under the pic. |
This was an immaculate stocker. |
This is the V8 powered Super I've admired for a couple of years now. |
I know it's not an Anglia, but this Cortina was stunning |
I wonder if this belongs to anybody using the Anglia Owners Club discussion forum? |
Mine parked near Knebworth House. |
The NASC Nationals. Hertfordshire County Showground, 23rd-26th Aug 2002. Yet again, the organisers excelled themselves, and the whole weekend was brilliant. The turnout for the cruise on the Saturday was massive, and the showfield was packed with hundreds of rods and customs. |
This Thames Van was utterly immaculate....everywhere! |
I HAD to take a pic of this V8 cortina, painted like mine. |
Mine in the show field (before it filled up) |
I'd never seen one of these before. |
To the left and right, are pics of a super low Anglia. Really tastefully done, and with rostyle steels. Gorgeous... |
Alex Park's Anglia Over to you Alex... I am attaching a picture of my 1965 Anglia bought in South Africa a little while ago. It had one owner and came with all original papers including service invoices etc over it's lifespan. Included was a New Anglia and Prefect Service Manual issued by the service department Ford Dagenham and a 105e owners workshop manual . I have started resoration on the car but as you can see from the pic there is not a lot to do. It still goes very well with only 80 000 miles on the clock. Engine has never been touched it appears. The car attracts a lot of interest here and must be the only Anglia in Botswana!. In any event nobody here drives old cars so it is quite a novelty. |
so straight...(I think we need more pics please!!!) |
